What to know if you want to work with me

Whether I'm working with a group or an individul, live or virtually, the same principles apply.

bio-individuality

Simply: Health Coaching does not provide one-size-fits-all prescriptive programming (think: specific diets, workouts, stress relief practices, etc.) 

Because the most important principle of Integrative Nutrition®-style coaching is a focus on bio-individuality, the idea that we are all unique-orns. My food might be your poison; your kale, my Kryptonite.

You are magnificently unique: everything about your coaching experience will honor that.

process

We follow the same proven process, which I call EAT | Your Way to Health™.

EAT stands for:

  • Engage your inner wisdom
  • Align your choices with what matters now
  • Transform through small, sustainable practices

(And coming from the culinary world, I think it's pretty cool that you can EAT your way to health!)

it's the food.

We'll start by exploring your food choices—not by focusing on calorie counting or complex calculations of carbs, fats, and proteins and not by creating lists of restrictions or classifying foods as "good" and "bad." Instead, we determine what food choices are right for you right now and are sustainable at your particular age and stage of life.

and it's more than the food.

Perhaps more importantly, we'll take a look at what nourishes you in addition to food: how are your lifestyle choices nourishing your life, and how are they not nurturing it?

integrative nutrition®

I practice an integrative approach to health and wellness, which means that I help you discover how all facets of your life are connected and how your food and lifestyle choices are nourishing you (or not).

I guide you to get (back) in touch with your inner wisdom because deep down, you know what to do. I help you listen to that still, small voice you've maybe (probably) been ignoring.

I support you in stepping into your midlife magnificence—your full expression of divine feminine energy and power. Because right now, the world is crying out for our poetic practicality and our mystical matter-of-factness.

Let's take a look at some of your thoughts, beliefs, and actions around investment.

  • If you don’t fully step into your own wisdom—your intuition, your rhythms, your divine feminine energy—how do you imagine showing up at home, at work, and in the relationships that matter most to you?
  • If you consider that tending your health now can spare you years of appointments, prescriptions, and “managing symptoms” later, what becomes possible when you see this as prevention rather than repair?
  • If you pause to notice how easily small, habitual expenses add up—a daily fancy coffee and nibble here, a convenience purchase there—you may realize that investing in yourself once can return dividends for the rest of your life: clarity, energy, nourishment, and trust in your own body.
  • And if you believe you don’t have time to get healthy, you may be surprised to discover that living in alignment often takes less time—not more—because you stop fighting yourself and start working with what’s already true.

This isn’t about spending money. It’s about choosing where your energy, attention, and care belong. Choose to invest in yourself—maybe for the first time ever—and watch the midlife magic unfurl.
