Here's what's coming up!

it's more than self-care
from checking the boxes to choosing yourself
Thursday, February 5 @ 1–2pm ET OR Thursday, February 12 @ 12pm ET via Zoom
If you’re a midlife woman who is tired of performing all the self-care and is ready for something way more honest, intuitive, and actually aligned with your reality—this conversation is for you.
In this free, live webinar, we’ll explore why self-care often stops working at midlife—if we even had time to do any of it in the first place—and what becomes possible when we begin choosing ourselves instead.
This isn’t another list of things to add to your plate.
There are no slides. No prescriptions. No fixing.
Just a grounded, compassionate conversation about:
- Why “doing all the right things” feels so exhausting
- What midlife is actually inviting you into (hint: it’s not a long, slow, painful decline)
- How to shift from external rules to internal wisdom
- What it means to say a sacred yes to yourself—and to this season of life
You’ll leave with clarity, a new language around health and wellness, and a permission slip to stop ticking boxes and start embodying wellness like a woman.

learning the language of yes
from shoulds and scripts to soul-led midlife wellness for women
Friday, February 27 @ 6–8pm via Zoom OR see Sunday, March 8 below for a LIVE version of this event!
Learning the Language of YES is not about fixing your life, hacking your habits, optimizing your health, or adding one more thing to your to-do list. It is about slowing down long enough to hear what your body, your intuition, and this midlife season of your life have been trying to tell you all along.

midlife women's book group
Friday, March 6 @ 6–8pm via Zoom
We had SUCH fun with Sharon Blackie's Hagitude that we'll be meeting again on Friday, March 6, 2026! The book for this discussion will be LiYana Silver's Feminine Genius.
We'll connect on Zoom to talk about our discoveries and grow a community of midlife women ready to step into our sovereignty and use our powers for the good of our communities, our nation, our planet, and—most importantly—ourselves!
Spaces are limited—reserve your seat!

Sunday, March 8 @ 10am–12pm at Inspired Closets!
Join me for an in-person Learning the Language of Yes conversation just for midlife women on International Women's Day!
Learning the Language of YES is not about fixing your life, hacking your habits, optimizing your health, or adding one more thing to your to-do list. It is about slowing down long enough to hear what your body, your intuition, and this midlife season of your life have been trying to tell you all along.
We'll be having our conversation in the beautiful Inspired Closets space in Williston, VT—and we'll have tea + snacks!
The talented Inspired Closets team of design and installation experts helps brings order, calm, and inspiration to every home—and they make their beautiful showroom available for community events. Order, calm, and inspiration: what better energy could we ask for our conversation?

four fridays
Are you a midlife woman who deep down knows that this stage of life is something other than a long, slow slide into invisibility and irrelevance? That we are just entering our season of greatest power?
Join me in person for Four Fridays in March/April 2026 to plot world domination. Just kidding (maybe).
Seriously though, we'll share a simple home-cooked meal and discover how we can step into our midlife magnificence in a mindful, powerful way.
Have I mentioned I've been to culinary school? Dinner will be delicious—and the conversation equally if not more so!
Who knows? World domination might follow....
Space is very limited (I live in a condo, you know), so make sure you email me ASAP if you're interested.

and coming in April...
Pssst. I'll be back in Michigan for a week, and there's going to be a special workshop in the Ann Arbor area! Can't share the details yet, but you won't want to miss this.
